My Dad's Crossword Puzzle Cake

My Dad's 62nd Birthday cake! He loves to do daily crossword puzzles so I thought I would make him his own! The cake itself was a homemade dark chocolate fudge cake. The icing was a new cream cheese butter cream icing. It turned out wonderful and was so easy to make. The crossword puzzle was created out of black icing and white bits of marshmallow fondant. Everyone at the party loved it and so did he!

Tiered Hello Kitty Birthday Cake

Hello Kitty has become quite the popular girls birthday cake! They are so much fun to make as well. This hello kitty cake consisted of two different chocolate cakes: dark chocolate fudge and chocolate devils food! Homemade cream cheese frosting was used in between layers as well as the crumb coating. The outside of the cake is marshmallow fondant cream cheese piping. The hello kitty shape was cut out freehanded, because there is no such thing as a hello kitty cake pan.

Cupcake Cake

The Cupcake cake is my newest thing! The top and bottom of the cupcake are all cake! There are so many different ways that you can decorate and/or personalize your own cupcake cake. Each cupcake serves about 10-12 people. It was a big hit at work!

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss Cake Pops!

After making the Valentine's Day Cake Pops for my four nephews, I got my first request for a batch of them! In honor of Dr. Seuss's Birthday this year my nephew's school had a family fun night.
